Is there a minimum cash-out amount?
Yes. You can cash-out once your account reaches a balance of $20.00.
What cash-out methods do you support?
Currently, we only support one method of cash-out. That is via PayPal, to do a PayPal cash-out, we require the email address registered with your PayPal account, you can update this information in the 'Account' page when you're logged in.
How often can I request a cash-out?
As often as you wish, there is no limit. Branchr offers a somewhat unique scheme of payments. If you were to cashout on the 23rd of November, for example, your payment would go into review, and then be paid by the 30th of the following month. (So in this example, the payment would be paid by December 30th).
Am I limited to the amount of websites I can put your ads on?
No, You can use the code in your account on as many sites as you wish.
Am I limited to the type of websites I can put your ads on?
Yes. We do not allow our ads to be displayed on websites containing adult content, illegal materials (torrent sites, etc...) or sites that we deem to be offensive or inappropriate. Have any questions about if your site is a good fit to our network, email us: info@branchr.com
What ad types/sizes do you support?
Branchr currently supports both text and image advertisements. We use a unique way of displaying text ads, their size adapts to where you put them on your site. As for image ads, we support the following industry standard sizes:

Advertiser FAQ's...
Is there a minimum amount I have to spend?You can credit your account with a minimum of $5.00 at a time, and there is no maximum amount you can credit your account with.
Will I be given any kind of statistics with my ad?
Yes, you will be given click, impression and click-through-rate statistics in real time, in addition to impression history graphs, which are updated every 24 hours. As well as that, you're also given geographical information about each click, this is updated every 4 hours, and is displayed both in a list, and on an interactive map. You will also be given lists of the top reffering domains, and pages for your ad, updated in real time.
Will my ads be shown on any inappropriate websites?
No, we want to protect your brand as much as you do. Which is why we don't allow websites of an adult nature into the network, we also don't allow websites that promote illegal activities (such as torrent sites), or any other websites that could be deemed inappropriate.
Are there any limitations to ads I can create?
Yes. We do not allow ads in the network that promote sites that fall into the following categories:
- Adult Content
- Illegal Activities
- Excessive Violence
- Gambling
- Scam Websites
Refund Policy:
We will refund any unspent deposits where the refund request comes in within 30 days of the initial deposit, after this time, no refunds will be made. If you are unhappy with our service within the 30 day period, and haven't spent the depost we will give you a no-questions-asked refund. However, if you've spent this balance, and you're inside of the 30 day period, we will first need to do an investigation into the reason for the refund, the refund request will then be granted, with a full or partial refund, or will be denied.
